TweetDJ Nature is a unique DJ/Producer who skillfully spans musical genres while maintaining the energy to pack any dancefloor. Nature continually sets himself apart as a man of many styles and skills in an industry where basic beat matching while staring at a computer screen is commonplace.

Commanding the club scene, Nature has rocked dancefloors at most major clubs in the Northwest. In addition to his current residencies in Portland and Seattle, Nature’s skills as a tastemaker have led to several influential monthly parties, including “Ante Up” (anteuppdx@blogspot.com), RAW, and Live and Direct. Beyond the Northwest, Nature’s impact can also be felt at many clubs and events across the country. Nature plays guest sets as the “Celebrity Guest DJ” on board the Royal Caribbean Oasis and Allure of the Seas cruise ships. “I understand what a crowd wants, but I’m not scared to sometimes give them what they need….I fear no crowd. Hip-Hop, House, Soul…Give me a Harmonica, I’m just gonna rock the party!”

Nature is as skilled at live music production as he is on the turntables. You can often catch him showcasing these talents and remixing music live in-show. He presently shares the stage with Tre Hardson (SlimKid3 of the legendary Hip-Hop group Pharcyde), and Rev Shines (of Lifesavas) at “Live and Direct” – a truly unique monthly event where live production, turntablism, art, hip-hop, and performance converge. Other musical endeavors include being an on-air radio DJ (KXJM 95.5), former producer for Crack4DJs, and President of Spun Academy Seattle.

Rounding out his musical resume is commercial production. From making beats for artists to scoring commercials for corporate clients, Nature stays busy making music when not playing it.
